The training was very useful and the learnings will help us in migrating some of the applications to the latest technology. Further, it also helped a lot to get an overall idea about Weblogic and Netbeans which we may use in our future developments. The training also gave us a very clear picture of the operational procedures too.

Training was excellent and we are really satisfied. Thank you very much.

I am so glad to tell you that this training was absolutely perfect, and indeed it had been well organized; addressing our exact requirement. Specially the facilitator had a clear idea about our working environment and the practical problems which we might face with our developments. More than conducting just a training session, he gave his advice about the best practices that we could adopt, and especially he gave a well detailed description(theoretical reason) for each and everything he suggested and taught us. Since we have participated most of the training programs which were organized by people from commercial organizations (they call them their technical experts) we could easily make out the deference and a quality gap between those training programs and this training program.

I must tell you that we never in fact had any training session before, but just some marketing sessions. Usually, an insurance agent will beg you for an appointment to market his product and canvass a business. You never pay him for giving you the information about their products. But in our field, we pay for training programs organized by software product vendors and ultimately they show us all the new (and value added) features available with their products, and they leave giving us some pens, caps or may be a t-shirt. When we think again what we have learnt from that, we see that we haven't learnt anything new. And, when we try to do something with what we thought that we learnt, we can not do anything more than typing several lines of code of the same example which was discussed in that training session. Because they just market their own products, making us blind so that we can't select the best thing out of all options; but just hanging with their product, believing that it is the best!

This is the key deference which you would experience if you did your training with "www.training.lk". It indeed will be a Training Program!!!

While conducting our training program, the facilitator (Mr Kamal Wickramanayake) always explained everything in detail and make us see the advantages of selecting each product over our requirements and what would be the best practice which we may follow so that we could meet our objectives in the future. When technology evolves we may need to make changes on our systems, and he taught us every technique and methodology which we may adopt and follow, so that we would be able to take those challenges without wasting our time.

Specially the skills of the facilitator in conducting the program so that you will not find it boring even for a while; and his knowledge of everything ( I am not in a position to measure someone's knowledge; but he never ignored any of our questions; and he answered each and every question with the underlying theories, in detail as well. So I found that his knowledge and the experience and expertise can not be challenged by someone else )

So, I truly appreciate the quality of the training program we had!!!

First of all, I like to thank you for your broad explanations when describing subject matters. Specially because I am a person who did not have that much of experience in JAVA and Spring. Also the hands on examples and sample codings gave us a very good understanding on Java Spring basics in order to get started with the development.

Overall, I like to thank you for sharing your best practices and experiences with us for our career progression. If opportunity comes around again I like to consult you for further advanced training in future.

A well organized training, which was able to simplify somewhat complicated Spring Framework theory in just 2 days. I can recommend this course to anybody, who is willing to learn Spring Framework theory in a very short time!! Thanks Software View for your wonderful service.

Dear Sir,

Its a pleasure to write about the training we had at Software View. Being in practical is the best aspect I can highlight on the courses. The effective and efficient way of presentation and the correct examples helped us to identify the applicability of the theory in the correct way.

Finally, I would like to thank you for the human touch you add for this content by being a nice human who teaches not just for the value, for the betterment of the students.

Thank you and wish Software View the very best for the future.

I must truly appreciate your work. The best thing about your training is we learnt some new things besides the subject of the training. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work. I am looking forward to participate in your next training course.

It was a very successful course and in my way, I was in the web services ocean and didn't know how to find the way I should go and where I was.

Now I know what I should do when I fail, bcz u showed the path. Now I can read the book not from top to bottom but the exact page that I want to read to get more info about what I want. Thanks a lot sir, what I gained cannot be equated to the money paid.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training sessions! Software View has the ability to provide a rare set of training courses with a greater depth to the subject area. This is indeed a great service to the Sri Lankan IT professionals, who seek a quick ramping up for certain areas of technical expertise.

It was organized and presented in a manner to gain both practical and theoretical knowledge. The most important part is that the speaker guide us from simple topics to advanced real world implementations, like how and when we should use these technologies.

I never thought there's much more meaning to the technologies and techniques that we use daily until I participated Kamal's Advance Java Training. Learned a lot of in depth details that I thought I knew already. He is a very professional trainer and I would recommend his trainings to all professionals who would like to expand their knowledge in depth.
