Fair fee

We prefer a fair fee pricing model where you pay what you feel the services we offer are worth to you and worth to us.

We ideally prefer you to determine the value of the services we deliver after you receive them and then pay us such determined amounts. Since we are new to our own "fair fee" strategy, we however want some time to learn the traits of it. Hence, this document describes how we enforce our new fair fee policy. We will update this policy as we learn how far we can go to reach the ideal state.

Here are some details of our fair pay policy:

  1. For online training programs that we schedule based on our own requirements and make available for the public to register, we will not ask you how much you are interested in paying when you register. And you pay (or not pay) after receiving the training. We will not come after you if you do not pay. Neither we will send repeated reminders asking you to pay.

    In case you determine that the received value is more than the amount you planned to spend or you can pay, you can simply pay what you planned or what you can. If you wish to pay a remaining amount later on, you are welcome to do so at your own discretion.

  2. For online or classroom based training programs that you request to be conducted individually for you, for a group that you organize, or for a business, you are requested to let us know how much you prefer to pay and the number of participants. Based on such information and our ability to reach our expected monthly turnover, we will determine whether we can accomodate your request.
  3. For services other than training, we again want you to let us know how much you prefer to pay, and details about the work to be done. Based on such information and our ability to reach our expected monthly turnover, we will determine whether we can accomodate your request.
