How to enroll?

Enrolment Guidelines

  1. Fill and submit the Enrolment Form.
  2. To reserve your seat, either make the full training fee or the mentioned partial payment (advance booking fee) for the corresponding training. However, training participation is only after making the full training fee.
  3. Reservations can be done either by visiting our office or without. If you want to reserve seats without visiting our office, you may make the relevant payment as a direct bank deposit (Commercial Bank).
  4. Each training session has a limited number of seats. Reservations are done based on first-come-first-served basis.

Payment Options

  1. Payments can be made by cash, direct deposit to our Commercial Bank account or cheques drawn in favour of Software View.
  2. Cheque payments are assumed complete only after cheque realization.
  3. For direct bank deposits, call us for details.

Cancellation of Participation

  1. If you want to cancel your reservation prior to 10 days before the training start date, your full payment will be refunded.
  2. If you want to cancel your reservation within 10 days before the training start date, the mentioned advance booking fee will be reduced from your payment and the rest will be refunded.
     
    However, with the sole discretion of Software View, the full payment will be refunded based on the availability of vacant seats and others waiting in the queue to participate the same training session. For a full refund, we will also consider if your cancellation request was received by us early enough to substitute another participant.

  3. For refund purposes mentioned above, 10 days are calculated excluding the training start date.

Non Participation

  1. If you do not participate for a training after enrolment, the advance booking fee will not be refunded, but the balance will be paid back.
  2. If you participate for a training partially, no payment will be refunded. You may however be given the opportunity to participate at another time to cover up the remaining training duration.

Discounts

  1. Software View does not offer discounts for bulk registration. Neither we offer any other special discounts.
